This part-time temporary position is responsible for capturing, organizing, and maintaining notes from all meetings and convenings throughout the process. In addition, they would help to keep everything organized in Basecamp, which is the project management software. Qualifications include demonstrated experience capturing and organizing notes for project documentation, knowledge of Basecamp or another organizing software in which skills are transferable, and the ability to work well in a dynamic and unstructured environment. The position would average 15 hours per week between April and October 2019. There is also a possibility of additional/ongoing hours that would require customer service skills and experience. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Salary $15.00/hr DOQ. This position is open until filled.
